干细胞治疗再突破!全盲小鼠实现长期复明!|奇点猛科技
利用干细胞治疗失明一直是许多科学家在努力的一个方向,而来自巴克衰老研究所(Buck Institute for Research on Aging)的Deepak Lamba教授则一直在思考一个问题,为什么用干细胞移植治疗失明得到的结果总是不能持久?他昨天发表在《细胞》杂志子刊《干细胞》上的研究解释了这个问题,同时他们还显著增长了失明小鼠的复明时间,达到了9个月之久
